<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of creation of ground by preventing the tilt of a casing pipe, and to shorten a construction period by reducing a failure in a motor etc. <P>SOLUTION: In this sand compaction pile method, a sand pile driver ascendable/descendable along a leader is held in a suspended state on the upper portion of the leader via a wire rope by means of a winch; the casing pipe of the sand pile driver is rotatively driven to penetrate to the specified depth of the ground; and subsequently, the sand pile is driven by pulling out and redriving the casing pile, while discharging sand from a lower end of the casing pipe. The pushing pressure P of a pressing cylinder installed at the upper end of the casing pipe, a hanging load W of the winch, the amount L of penetration by the casing pipe, an operating time T, and the rotational torque R of the casing pipe are each detected by a detecting means; the stressσof a ground penetration section or the sand pile is computed by a computing processing means on the basis of the above detected values; and the penetration by the casing pipe or the creation of the sand pile is performed in such a manner that the above computed value reaches a target one. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
