PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed blade structure which is easy for stably holding crushing chips, and certainly and easily carries out replacing the crushing chips and changing position or reversing of a blade top. SOLUTION: The fixed blade structure is provided with: a plurality of cubic crushing chips 31 for crushing objects to be crushed by a combination corresponding to a plurality of rotatingly driven blades 23; a fixed blade body 33 for supporting the plurality of crushing chips 31; and attaching bolts 34 for fixing the crushing chips 31 to the fixed blade body 33. In the fixed blade structure, the fixed blade body 33 is provided with: a back surface support 41 for supporting the back surfaces of the crushing chips 31 while abutting to them; and a side surface support 43 for supporting, while abutting to, the side surface 31c of the crushing chips 31 opposite to a blade top 31a side facing to the rotary blades 23. The crushing chips 31 are fixed to the back surface support 41 with the attaching bolts 34 in a state of partially exposing the side surfaces in parallel to at least one of the flat side surfaces of the blade top 31a side.
