<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous approach of a human into a track during operation with a conveyance vehicle traveling thereon. <P>SOLUTION: This transport carrier 105 is included in a railway type conveyance system 100 with a fixed rail 101 fixed in a floor surface, the conveyance vehicle 102 traveling along the fixed rail 101 and conveying an object to be conveyed, and a fixed barrier 103 preventing the approach of the human into the track formed by the fixed rail 101. The system is provided with a movable rail 104 connectable with the fixed rail 101, and the transport carrier 105 is capable of transporting the conveyance vehicle 102 arranged on the movable rail 104 together with the movable rail 104.
