PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress heat generation at the time of charging in charging of a secondary battery incorporated in an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: A charging device controls current and voltage, which are supplied from a USB host 42, by using PMOSFET 54 arranged in a charging route 52 and charges the secondary battery 34. A processor 76 instructs to change a limit current value given from the USB host 42 to a value smaller than a limit current value of a charging circuit. The USB host 42 supplies power by the limit current value smaller than limit current of the charging circuit and makes constant current flow to the secondary battery 34 so as to charge it.
