PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade for an electrophotographic device having a uniform characteristic by suppressing generation of dispersion in a characteristic such as hardness caused by a difference of progression of polymerization or hardening, and to provide a blade for the electrophotographic device suitable for a cleaning blade capable of performing excellent cleaning by suppressing slip of a toner or the like, especially even when being applied to a cleaning blade for the electrophotographic device using the small-sized toner. SOLUTION: In the blade for the electrophotographic device including a polyurethane elastomer, the international rubber hardness (IRHD) is 65°-80°, and a dispersion of the international rubber hardness in the longitudinal direction is 4% or less.
