PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper permitting easy discharge of steam inside the diaper to the outside when the disposable diaper is worn. SOLUTION: The disposable diaper has a frontal tape joined to the outer surface of a disposable diaper body. Joint positions of the frontal tape and the disposable diaper body are intermittently disposed in the lateral direction and in the longitudinal direction of the disposable diaper to form communicating ventilation passages between the frontal tape and the disposable diaper body.
