<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both of response to a DC offset voltage and identical code continuous durability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: By a pulse detection circuit 20, the presence or absence of a pulse from a burst signal (n) is detected and the result is outputted as a pulse detection signal. By a time constant control circuit 30, a time constant control signal, which is used for decreasing and increasing a time constant in the detection and non-detection periods of the pulse, respectively, according to the pulse detection signal, is outputted to an AOC circuit 10.
