<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocking cam type engine variable valve gear for actualizing smooth operation of a link mechanism while reducing the rotating track range of the link mechanism, and stable lubrication of link portions of the link mechanism without lowering the strength. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A control link 7 is linked at its cylinder portion 71 to a pair of control arms 5 via a second single-shaft pin 13 and linked at its two-pronged leg portion 72 to a pin portion link 4 via a first single-shaft pin 14, and an extension pin portion 14a of the first single-shaft pin 14 is linked to a rocking cam 3 via a connection link 8. A first oil-feeding passage 81 is provided on one control arm 5, a second oil-feeding passage 82 is provided on the second single-shaft pin 13, a third oil-feeding passage 83 is provided on one leg portion 72 of the control link 7, and a fourth oil-feeding passage 84 is provided on the first single-shaft pin 14.
