PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plankton concentration device and a plankton concentration system to efficiently collect planktons. SOLUTION: The plankton concentration device comprises a concentration tank equipped with a water inlet port for introducing plankton-containing water, a net for filtering introduced water and collecting planktons, a fountain device for flushing planktons adhered to the net by jetting water to the filter from the back side of the filter for collecting the planktons, a concentrated sample storage tank for concentrating the wash out planktons, a plankton discharge port for discharging the concentrated planktons, a water outlet port for discharging water after filtering the planktons and water jetted from the fountain device and washed the net. The space in the concentration tank is divided by the net. The water inlet port and the plankton discharge port are installed to the concentration tank on the collection side of the net and the water outlet port is installed to the concentration tank on the back side of the net.
