PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation method of a body fluid purification system which enables the purification of the body fluid to be performed without raising the concentration of bradykinin in the body fluid when using the body fluid purification system having an absorbent means where tryptophan is coupled with the surface of a water-insoluble carrier of an absorbent material in the state of having free carboxyl group, and the absorbent material is stored in a container of the absorbent means having an entrance and an exit of body fluids. SOLUTION: The absorbent means and/or the body fluid is heated to keep the contact temperature of the absorbent material and the body fluid at 38 to 41°C and then the raising of bradykinin concentration can easily be inhibited.
