PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair-conditioning composition that is excellent in smoothness when washed away, excellently imparts a glossy feeling and a tight and resilient feeling to the hair, and achieves pliant and good hair-combing properties. SOLUTION: The hair-conditioning composition comprises the following components (A), (B) and (C): (A) an acrylic copolymer bearing a cycloalkyl group; (B) a volatile oily agent; and (C) a compound bearing a cationic group.
