METHOD FOR SCREENING EFFECTIVE COMPONENT OF ADULT T CELL LEUKEMIA/LYMPHOMA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for screening a sideration inhibitor of adult T cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATLL) having an effect for delaying or preventing the sideration of ALTT by clearing the sideration mechanism of ATLL and using the inhibition of the sideration mechanism of ATLL, and the sideration inhibitor of ATLL based on the sideration mechanism of ATLL. SOLUTION: The screening method can be executed by using the bonding inhibition of Tax and the CBD region of Cdc37 as an index. The sideration inhibitor of ATLL contains a substance, which has action for inhibiting the bonding of Tax and the CBD region of CDc37, as an effective component. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
