<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sun-screening cosmetic which inhibits filthy adhesion by secondary adhesion on clothes. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The sun-screening cosmetic containing diethyl amino hydroxy benzoylbenzoic acid hehexyl is characterized by blending: (1) an ester oil which has two or more ester links; and (2) a zinc oxide and/or titanium oxide which is subjected to a hydrophobic treatment by excepting a fatty acid, and (3) by further preparing to a water-in-oil emulsion composition.
