<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated film having a coating membrane applied by a coating device having a wire bar, in which the coating membrane is prevented from being delaminated at both the end parts of the wire bar. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The coating membrane is formed so that the thickly applied parts in the ends of the coating membrane may have each a height/width ratio of 1.0×10<SP>-3</SP>or more and 4.0×10<SP>-3</SP>or less. Particularly, when a coating liquid has a viscosity of 2 cp or less, a wire bar 12 is composed of a wire 40, a rod 38 and an axial matter 44, wherein the wire 40 and the rod 38 are joined by soldering to give solder fixation parts 46, which have each such a thickness that it may have a diameter almost equal to the diameter of the wire-wound rod, and the solder fixation parts 46 have each a width of 1 mm or more and 5 mm or less as measured from their end surfaces 48 of the rod.
