<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus, an image display apparatus, an imaging apparatus and an image processing method, where an effective layout of images is achieved in the case of laying out a plurality of planar images and forming one planar image. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus inputs a plurality of stereoscopic images P1, P2 and P3, and detects a depth of each of the input stereoscopic images P1, P2 and P3, lays out the stereoscopic images P1, P2 and P3 at least in partial overlap in such a manner that the larger the depth is, the more forward the corresponding stereoscopic image is placed, and records the stereoscopic images P having been laid out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
