摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generation device in which abnormal conditions of an oxidizer gas flow passage can be detected simply and reliably, to provide a method of detecting the flow passage abnormal condition, and to provide a program for detecting the flow passage abnormal condition. <P>SOLUTION: In a fuel cell power generation device that is equipped at least with a fuel cell stack in which a power generating cell constituted of an air electrode layer supplied with an oxidizer gas, a fuel electrode layer supplied with a fuel gas, and a solid electrolyte layers deployed between them is laminated pinching a separator, with an output measurement means to measure the output of the fuel cell stack or the power generation cell, and with a control means, the control means makes the output measurement means measure the output of the fuel cell stack or the power generation cell while the oxidizer gas ratio against the fuel gas is set at a first value, then makes the measurement means measure the output of the fuel cell stack or the generation cell while the rate is reduced to a prescribed value that is preset so as to determine that the abnormal conditions are present in the flow passage of the oxidizer gas when the output is decreased accompanied with the reduction of the ratio. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
