<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinged cap which is easily detached with a small force when executing separate disposal of the cap from a container, and consistently maintaining the sealed state in the container. <P>SOLUTION: A cap body comprises a spouting cylinder, and an engaging cylindrical part having an upper wall and an outer cylinder, and an inner cylinder and a lid engaging part. The outer circumferential wall part comprises upper and lower engaging wall parts arranged on upper and lower portions of a transversely weakened portion circumferentially formed at the height corresponding to a range of the engaging face of the mouth cylindrical part of the container. A connection wall part comprises a connection part extending from one end of the outer circumferential wall part, an inner wall part extending from the inner side of a side end of the connection part to the inner side of the other end of the outer circumferential wall part, and an outer wall part extending from the outer side of the side end of the connection part to the outer side of the other end of the outer circumferential wall part with a space from the outer circumference of the inner wall part. A longitudinally weakened portion is arranged on a connection part between the inner wall part and the lower engagement wall part, a connection part between the outer wall part and the connection part, and a connection part between the outer wall part and the upper engagement wall part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
