<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor with an electromagnetic brake, which can sufficiently reduce the influence of leakage magnetic flux on a magnetic sensor. <P>SOLUTION: A second ball bearing 19 for rotatably supporting a shaft 25 at a position closer to a non-load side end part 25b thereof is so composed as to have a ferromagnetic property. In order to prevent the second ball bearing 19 from separating from a bearing engagement portion 29a, the inner peripheral surface 41d, which faces the outer peripheral surface 25c of the shaft 25 of a bearing presser member 41 having a ferromagnetic property and being fixed to a second bearing holder 29, is arranged closer to the outer peripheral surface 25c of the shaft 25. A magnetic shielding member 43 is fixed between the bearing presser member 41 and a magnetic sensor 9 of the shaft 25. The magnetic shielding member 43 guides a leakage magnetic flux generated in an electromagnetic coil 31 and leaked out via the shaft 25 from the shaft 25 toward the bearing presser member 41 to reduce the influence of the leakage magnetic flux on the magnetic sensor 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
