PHASE GRATING USED FOR X-RAY PHASE IMAGING, IMAGING EQUIPMENT FOR PICKING UP X-RAY PHASE CONTRAST IMAGE USING SUCH PHASE GRATING AND X-RAY COMPUTER TOMOGRAPHY SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase grating or the like used for X-ray phase imaging which makes it possible to narrow pitches by using a diffraction grating of a low aspect ratio.

SOLUTION: The phase grating used for X-ray phase imaging is characterized in that it has a first diffraction grating where a first convex strip part shaped so thickly that the part can transmit incident X-rays through theπshift of the phase of them and a first opening which has the same opening width as that of the first convex strip part are laid out periodically and a second diffraction grating where a second convex strip part which has the same width as the first convex strip part and a second opening which has the same opening width of that of the first opening are laid out periodically and that the second diffraction grating is formed in staggered positions on the first diffraction grating.
