<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a lithographic printing plate exhibiting satisfactory developability without remaining a photosensitive layer in a nonimage area, capable of providing a satisfactory printed matter free from a stain in the nonimage area, capable of reducing generation of a developing residuum, and excellent in processability and printability. <P>SOLUTION: The method for preparing the lithographic printing plate exposes a lithographic printing original plate having a photosensitive layer containing (A) a specified sensitizing pigment having the absorption maximum in a wavelength range of 350 to 450 nm, (B) a polymerization initiator, (C) a polymerizable compound and (D) a binder polymer, and a protective layer, in this order on a hydrophilic support body, with 350 to 450 nm of laser, and removes thereafter the protective layer and the photosensitive layer of an nonexposed part, in the presence of a developer having 9 to 11 of pH containing a carbonate ion, a hydrogen-carbonate ion, a surfactant and a water-soluble polymer compound, by an automatic processor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
