<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing toner for electrophotography having strong adhesion strength to surfaces of core particles, covered by a coating film having superior covering properties, and having a globular form and a sharp particle size distribution. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes the steps of: forming a dispersion liquid in which a toner raw material containing a binding resin and a colorant is dispersed in an organic solvent for dissolving the binder resin; spraying the dispersion liquid on the core particles and covering the dispersion liquid over the surfaces of the core particles; and removing the organic solvent from the dispersion liquid on the surfaces of the core particles and forming a coating of a dispersed body containing the binding resin and the colorant over the surfaces of the core particles.
