<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase shift feeding antenna which can adjust phase shift without degrading reflection characteristics. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The phase shift feeding antenna has two impedance converters 41 and 42 that are connected to two feeding points 41a and 42a at ends of a radio radiation conductor 3, which are vertical when viewed from the center of the radio radiation conductor 3 arranged on a conductive board 2, and that convert the impedance of the radio radiation conductor 3 so as to be twice as large as that of a feeding source, and a transmission line 43 that is connected to connection points 41b and 42b at ends of the feeding source of the two impedance converters 41 and 42, and that has an intrinsic impedance twice as large as that of the feeding source.
