PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a proper tag to action using a mobile terminal device taken by a user during driving, and to impart a proper tag even to action using the mobile terminal device taken by the user during a stopover of the driving. SOLUTION: This action history management system 1 has: an action detection part 34 detecting action using the mobile terminal device; a getting-on/off detection part 78 detecting getting-on/off a vehicle by the user portably carrying the mobile terminal device; a tag imparting part 36 imparting the drive tag expressing the middle of the driving to the action when it is decided that the action detected by the action detection part 34 is performed during the driving, based on information of the detected getting-on/off; and an action history storage part 32 storing the action imparted with the drive tag. The tag imparting part 36 imparts the drive tag to the action when the action is detected from the getting-off to the subsequent getting-on based on information of the detected getting-on/off.
