PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile radio terminal device which attains a relay communication evading disadvantages for a relay person as much as possible. SOLUTION: When a base station communication part 11 requests call origination in the state of being out of a service area, a control part 17 connects another cellular phone 10 by a short distance communication part 15 and performs the relay communication of connecting a public network with the cellular phone 10 as a relay station. When the relay communication is performed, information specifying the present station and information specifying the relay station are transmitted to the public network, a money amount corresponding to the duration of the relay communication is charged to the present station as a relay charge, and the public network is requested to pay back the relay charge to the relay station. Also, the relay communication of connecting another cellular phone 10 connected by the short distance communication part 15 to the public network using the base station communication part 11 is performed. When a relay communication request is received by the short distance communication part 15, the relay charge is transmitted to a connection requesting party by the short distance communication part 15.
