<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up recovery response while suppressing the voltage fluctuation level of supply voltage due to fluctuation in the load of a device which supplies a fixed voltage. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A voltage supplying device 100 for supplying a fixed voltage to a DUT 200 according to the voltage for obtaining the fixed voltage includes: a voltage setting part 10 setting and outputting the voltage corresponding to the predetermined fixed voltage to be supplied to the DUT 200; a control part 30 outputting the voltage for making the voltage output to the DUT 200 the fixed voltage at a predetermined response speed according to the voltage set by the voltage setting part 10 and the voltage output to the DUT 200; and a pulse outputting part 60 whose response speed is faster than that of the control part 30 while generating and outputting the pulse, whose rising and falling are steep in synchronism with the fluctuation in the voltage output to the DUT 200, compensating the fluctuation in the voltage output to the DUT 200.
