<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a first-aid adhesive plaster with pad which is especially effectively applied when the surface of a wound is wide and is easily and appropriately peeled off after use. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the first-aid adhesive plaster which has a sufficient adhesion margin 1x by means of an adhesive tape 1 all around a pad 8, at a position not too far away from the pad 8 but not too close to the pad 8 in the adhesion margin 1x, a rupture guide part 3 rupturable by picking up the pad 8 when peeled off an affected part is formed with a margin part 6 left in a part of the periphery of the pad 8, and the adhesive tape 1 is peeled off via the margin part 6 in a state that the tape continues from an adhesion margin 1a inside the destruction guide part 3 to an outside adhesion margin 1b as the rupture guide part 3 is ruptured.
