<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation in television reception sensitivity due to a noise signal caused by a noise signal source in a portable device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A noise canceler includes: a pickup antenna 133 which is disposed closely to the noise occurrence source and extracts the noise signal output from, for example, an image forming unit 115 as the noise occurrence source; a noise canceling unit 137a which inputs a television signal from a television receiving antenna 117a, and is supplied with the noise signal extracted by the pickup antenna 133, and a noise canceling unit 137b which is supplied with a television signal from a television receiving antenna 117b, and also supplied with the noise signal extracted by the pickup antenna 133.
