<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus, along with an electronic apparatus, capable of guiding for quickly and easily selecting an optimum corrective process method to be applied to a photographed image according to the state of a subject. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 10 and a mobile phone 20 comprise an imaging element 12, a first correction part which corrects the image data acquired with the imaging element 12 into first image data, a display part 22 for displaying the first image data, a second correction part which can correct the first image data into second image data, an operation part 23 which determines the correction by the second correction part from the first image data into the second image data, and a guide part 163 for guiding operation of the operation part 23.
