<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact diaphragm and an electro-acoustic transducer using the diaphragm, capable of suppressing an output sound pressure level from degrading and reproducing rich sound in a low frequency region with a simple configuration. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the diaphragm 8, a domed center oscillation part 10 and an annular outer peripheral oscillation part 9 surrounding the outer periphery of the center oscillation part 10 are integrated. The diaphragm 8 has a plurality of unit structural bodies 90 in a V-shaped groove which are radially arranged toward the outer periphery from the center of the diaphragm in a predetermined region of the outer peripheral oscillation part 10. Both ends of the plurality of unit structural bodies 90 are mutually abutted.
