<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily adhesive polyester film with highly transparency, high quality, with few flaws, particularly usable to optical applications by specifying the particle size of a particle contained in an easily-adhesive layer and an area occupying ratio of a film by the particle, and to provide a polyester film role with favorable air ventilation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the easily adhesive polyester film in which easily adhesive layers (an A layer and a B layer) are arranged on both faces of the polyester film, one easily adhesive layer (the A layer) contains a particle A and the other easily-adhesive layer (the B layer) contains the particle A and a particle B, the average particle size Da of the particle A and the average particle size Db of the particle B in the easily-adhesive layer (the B layer) satisfies a relation Da<Db, and the area occupying ratio Fa of the particle A and the area occupying ratio Fb of the particle B in the B layer surface satisfies a relation 0.3%≤Fb≤Fa≤1.4%.
