USER DEVICE AND COMMUNICATION CONTROL METHOD

Provided is a user device which performs communication with a base station device in the uplink by using HARQ. The user device includes: a transmission unit which transmits an uplink signal to the base station device; a reception unit which receives a control signal indicating whether retransmission of the uplink signal is required; and a decoding unit which judges the control signal to be ACK if the reliability of the control signal is low and identify ACK or NACK according to the information indicated by the control signal if the reliability of the control signal is high.
