PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing tag of RFID is provided to predict long period reliability motion of the RFID tag. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of the RFID tag comprises to attach an electrode to a non-conductive sheet, to form electrode as antenna pattern, and to bond chip to antenna. The delaminated surface of the antenna electrode interface has a value less than 0.2×10-5 before a chip is bonded in the step to bond a chip at an antenna. The RFID system is the mode of processing the recorded information using the ultra-high frequency or the long wave. |
