PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To embed a heuristics for standard video-shooting into a video recording device to serve for improving a quality of recorded video in a device for general consumers. SOLUTION: The method performed using a camera system includes: acquiring a plurality of parameters associated with the camera system; capturing the images shot by the camera system; analyzing the plurality of parameters of the camera system and the shot images; determining a user's action which has a possibility of adversely influencing on the quality of the video based on the result of the analysis; and presenting a notification, which represents the user's action which may have a possibility of causing an adverse influence, to the user on shooting pictures by operating an output mechanism of the camera system.
