PURPOSE: An indoor physical exercise machine is provided, which is capable of step climbing, strengthening of muscle motion, sit-up, and push-up. CONSTITUTION: An indoor physical exercise machine is constituted as follows. A vacuum absorption plate(10) is equipped with an adsorption adjusting lever(11) in lower both sides of the rigid frame(20). A fixture(21) is protruded from the upper part on the center of the rigid frame. A screw(40) is inserted through a binding hole(22) in the outer side of the fixture. A fitting bar(31) fixed to the lower center of the support frame is inserted in the fixture while installing a support frame(30) on the upper part of the rigid frame. In the fitting bar, a coupling hole is formed in the longitudinal direction to insert the screw. In the support frame, a fixing hole(33) is formed at both sides in the traverse direction.
