A HYBRID METAL SCREEN MASK WITH HIGH-OPENING RATE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A hybrid metal screen mask with high opening rate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure high solvent resistance, dimensional stability, and planarity by contacting a patterned metal film with a mesh screen in an anisotropic plating liquid. CONSTITUTION: A plating liquid is used for growing a nickel-plated body(2). The plating liquid is composed of 400~500g/?“ nickel sulfamate, 0.5~1.5g/?“ nickel chloride, 40~50g/?“ boric acid, and brighter and anti-pit agent as additives. The temperature of the plating liquid is maintained to 40~50°C in order for the nickel-plated body to grow at high opening rate.
