PURPOSE: An RFID device is provided to reduce the layout are of RFID by outputting the detected temperature as voltage, and digitize it to output at data bus. CONSTITUTION: An RFID device comprises an analog block, a digital block, a memory block, and a temperature processing unit. The analog block outputs the operation signal from receiving a radio frequency signal. The digital block outputs the corresponding response signal to the analog block. The memory block produces the internal control signal for controlling the inner action from receiving the address, the temperature address, and operating control signal. Moreover, according to the internal control signal, the data is read/write in the cell array including the nonvolatile ferroelectric capacitor element. The temperature processing unit(310) sets the base value of the parameter for the correction for temperature according to the temperature correction signal. The condition of temperature variation within the RFID tag is detected according to the temperature sensor enable signal.
