PURPOSE: A performance measurement apparatus in a networked robot and a method thereof, and a system and a method for measuring performance of the networked robot using the same are provided to monitor wireless network quality and state and performance of a networked robot, thereby coping with a problem in advance. CONSTITUTION: A performance measurement system(30) in a networked robot(20) includes a quality measurement control unit, a quality information collecting unit(32), a quality information analyzing unit(34), a quality information providing unit and a storage unit(35). The quality measurement control unit controls a quality measuring device(21) of the networked robot through a communication network. The quality information collecting unit collects robot-wireless network quality information generated by the quality measuring device through the communication network.
