PURPOSE: A method and a system for measuring a heart activity are provided to diagnose a health state of a subject remotely by monitoring a state of a cardiovascular system through electronic auscultation. CONSTITUTION: A system for measuring a heart activity includes an electrode patch unit(310), a signal processor(320), and a terminal device(330). The electrode patch unit is attached to the human body for sensing a biopotential signal. The electrode patch unit includes an adhesive unit, three electrolyte regions and three electrodes. The signal processor transmits the amplified biopotential signal to the outside by wireless after amplifying the biopotential signal received from the electrode patch unit. A terminal device outputs the signal received from the signal processor as the visual information. The electrode patch unit and the signal processor are assembled by a snap button coupling method.
