A method for allocating the same network address to a first network interface (101, 303, 308) and to a second network interface (102, 305, 310) of a host (100, 301, 302) is described. The method comprises connecting the host (100, 301, 302) to a first network (RANl) via the first network interface (101, 303, 308) and connecting the host (100, 301, 302) to a second network (RAN2) via the second network interface (102, 305, 310). Then a network address is assigned to the first network interface (101, 303, 308) and the same network address is assigned to the second network interface (102, 305, 310). The host (100, 301, 302) indicates its intention to move a session to the second network interface (102, 305, 310).
|
