<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the increase in traffic in network. <P>SOLUTION: A routing table 11 stores information of communication route centering on the own vehicle 1 in network as route information. An RT acquisition part 12 acquires route information held by the vehicle as communication object as reference route information when the vehicle as communication object exists. An RT update part 13 adds communication route from the own vehicle 1 to the vehicle as communication object to route information of the routing table 11, and adds communication route from the vehicle as communication object to the other vehicle 1 communicable with the vehicle as communication object based on the reference route information together with the route information of the routing table 11.
