<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithographic printing plate original plate, which is excellent in storage stability and also in printing durability, and to provide a method of making a lithographic printing plate permitting development in non-alkali which has a low environmental load and moreover is low-cost. <P>SOLUTION: A photosensitive lithographic printing plate has an image recording layer containing a polymerization initiator (A), a polymerizable compound (B), a binder polymer (C) and a sensitizing dye (D), on a base, the binder polymer (C) having a structure having an amino group and/or an ammonium salt on the side chain and the glass transition temperature Tg of the binder polymer (C) being 50°C or more, in the lithographic printing plate original plate. The method of making the lithographic printing plate by which the original plate is developed with a development treating liquid having a pH of 2.0 to 8.0 after the image recording layer of an exposure part is cured by the image-like exposure is also provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
