<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate with coating having high reflecting preventing performance and high transparency. <P>SOLUTION: Hollow silicone base fine particle has one or more units selected from the group comprising SiO<SB>4/2</SB>units, RSiO<SB>3/2</SB>units (wherein R is at least one kind of C1 to C4 alkyl group, C6 to C24 aromatic group, vinyl group, γ-(meth)acryloxypropyl group or organic group having SH group), R<SB>2</SB>SiO<SB>2/2</SB>units and R<SB>3</SB>SiO<SB>1/2</SB>units in an outer shell part and has the layer comprising a silicone base compound in which the ratio of the RSiO<SB>3/2</SB>units is 50 molar% or more and has at least one cavity in the inside thereof, and is characterized in that the volumetric average particle size of the hollow silicone fine particle is less than 0.5 μm and the ratio of the fine particle having porosity having a difference of ±10% or more of the average porosity is less than 30% of whole particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
