<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solar battery having a photoelectric conversion element placed at a focal position of a reflecting mirror formed on a paraboloid, which can eliminate wastes in materials, alleviate work in fine-positioning micro photoelectric conversion elements compared with conventional ones and reduce a manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: The solar battery comprises a glass substrate 10 on which unit solar battery cells 2 including a photoelectric conversion element 11 having PN junction and a wire connected with a first transparent electrode 12 of the element 11 are provided in a matrix, a plurality of recesses 21 respectively provided corresponding to the photoelectric conversion elements 11 on the glass substrate 10 and having a parabolic reflecting surface, and a resin substrate 20 connected with the wire on the glass substrate 10 and having a wire for taking out current generated by the elements 11. A surface of the glass substrate 10 on which the photoelectric conversion elements are formed is opposed to a surface of the resin substrate 20 where the recesses are formed, and joined via transparent resin 30 so that the element 11 is positioned at a focal position of the recess 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
