PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange device requiring a smaller installation area and a heating element storage device using the same. SOLUTION: The heating element storage device includes a cabinet 12 formed inside to store a heating element, and a first air duct 10 sucking outside air from both side faces of the cabinet 12 and blowing out the air from the back face and a second air duct for circulating air in a space on the lower side from the upper part of the cabinet 12 on a vertical plane are formed. A first heat exchange device 13 and a second heat exchange device 14 arranged corresponding to the first air duct 10 and the second air duct so as to have different air duct structures are provided on the upper part of the cabinet 12. Air within the cabinet 12 is communicated with the second air duct and heat exchange with air in the first air duct 10 is performed so as to cool inside of the cabinet 12.
