<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer sheet which can easily form an ornamental design consisting of a variegated pattern on the surface of a transferred material without fail, and to provide a method of manufacturing a transfer sheet and a decorative molded article. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The transfer sheet 1 is for forming an ornamental design consisting of a main pattern formed by a metal thin film and a color pattern formed by filling a pigment in the patternless domain other than the main pattern in a transferred material by thermocompression bonding. On a transparent film sheet 2, a first pattern layer 4 consisting of a metal thin film for acquiring the main pattern through a mold release layer 3 is formed, and on a domain 12 in which a film sheet 2 in which the first pattern layer 4 does not exist exposes, a second pattern layer 6 is formed by a pigment for obtaining a color pattern through a middle gluing layer 5 formed so as to cover the domain 12 and the first pattern layer 4.
