<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove punching waste affixed to a window part etc. of a sensing system on the body side of the device owing to temperature, humidity, etc. with a good reproducibility through improvement of a punching waste removing structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The device body 101 is equipped with a full waste sensor 70 having the window part for passage of the light and sensing whether a space is filled with the punching waste 33, a waste stacking part 26 is mounted slidably to the body 101, and the configuration includes: a waste pot 61 for accommodating the waste 33 having an aperture 61c to receive the waste 33 and sensing holes 61a and 61b formed at a prescribed level; and waste removing brushes 62a and 62b having such a length as reaching the window part of the full waste sensor 70 and installed at the same level as the position where the sensing holes 61a and 61b in the pot 61 are formed.
