<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably adjust a seat according to each action of a seated occupant when getting out a vehicle, and to effectively reduce a burden accompanied with getting-out action. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A vehicular seat device has: a memory portion 56 storing item value data of a seat; sensors 41f, 41r, 42f, 42r detecting a seat state; a physique determining portion 53 estimating the physique of the seated occupant; a one side leg extracting position estimating portion 58 estimating a track of leg extracting action to minimize a burden during one side leg extracting action when the occupant gets off the vehicle, and estimating the one side leg extracting position, according to the seat item data and the estimated physique of the seated occupant; and a seat fore-and-aft position/seat surface angle adjusting amount computing portion 62 adjusting the seat to ensure the estimated track of the leg extracting action.
