PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily makeup cosmetic that does not discolor during storage, and has secondary-adhesion preventive function, excellent durability of gloss of the cosmetic film and excellent moisturizing function which are similar to the functions of a cosmetic immediately after production. SOLUTION: The oily makeup cosmetic that does not discolor during storage and has secondary-adhesion preventive function, excellent durability of gloss of the cosmetic film and excellent moisturizing function is prepared by blending the following (a) to (c) components: (a) a compound prepared by esterifying carboxyl groups at both ends of an oligomer ester of a dimer acid and a dimer diol with isostearyl alcohol; (b) long-chain-alkyl-containing polyoxyalkylene-modified organopolysiloxane, polyoxyalkylene-modified organopolysiloxane, carboxyvinyl polymer, alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer and agar; and (c) powder of which the surface is treated with tridecafluorooctyltriethoxysilane.
