PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding device capable of easily precisely forming a synthetic resin-made surface layer suitable for each surface on each of both surfaces of a synthetic resin-made molded body without complicating a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: The molding device 1 comprises: a driving device 13 which makes the first mold 2 and/or the second mold 3 approach or recede from each other so as to give a mold-closed state to make the first mold space for molding a synthetic resin molded article, the molding space being made between the first mold 2 and the second mold 3, and a surface layer-forming state to make the second molding space for forming the first and second synthetic resin surface layers on both surfaces of the synthetic resin molded article 14, and which positions the synthetic resin molded article 14 in the second molding space to make a clearance on both surfaces of the synthetic resin molded article 14 in case of forming the first and second synthetic resin surface layers; a resin-injecting device X of injecting a molten resin into the first molding space; and resin-injecting devices 21 and 22 for forming the first and second surface layers to inject the molten synthetic resin into the clearance of the second molding space.
