<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backhoe capable of opening and closing a rear cover and a side part cover simply and ensuring satisfactory sealing property between them. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Vehicle equipments K are arranged on a rear part side and a side part side on a revolving frame 7, and the side part cover 32 covering the vehicle equipment K provided on the side part side of the revolving frame 7 is closably supported on a supporting frame 40 on the revolving frame 7. The rear cover 30 covering the vehicle equipment K provided on the rear part side of the revolving frame 7 is closably supported on the supporting frame 40, and a cover receiving member 86 blocking a section between an opening and closing side of the side part cover 32 and an opening and closing side of the rear cover 30 is attached to the supporting frame 40. A rear cover abutting part for receiving the rear cover 30 is formed on a rear surface 74 of the cover receiving member 86, and a side part cover abutting part for receiving the side part cover 32 is formed on a side face 87 of the cover receiving member 86.
